Resepi kek batik mudah

Hari nie rasa nak buat kek batiklah sempena hari raya…dah setahun tak makan kek nie. Ni satu lagi resepi yg simple dan xperlu guna oven/microwave/dapur & itu ini. Just ada handmixer pun cukup lah. Bahan2 pun senang nak cari di kedai, simple dan sedap di makan. Benda ni tergolong dalam puak2 pencuci mulut la, makan lepas ngap nasik nanti buka pusa nanti.

RESEPI KEK BATIK

Bahan-bahan ( saiz kek 1 dulang saiz 17 inchi. )
Bahan-bahan :
1) 1 peket + 3/4 bungkus biskut marrie warna original. (1 peket tu biasanya ada 3 row biskut, so beli 1 lagi n tambah 1 row biskut marrie original kalu nak buatkan kek lebih lawa)
 2) 1 biji Buttercup
 3)10 sudu milo
 4) 3/4 tin serbuk koko Vanhauten
 5) 1 tin susu pekat
 6) 1 tin susu cair.

Cara-cara :
1. Panas kan susu pekat dan susu cair.

2. masuk kan butter cup yg telah di potong kecil supaya mudah cair.


3. masukkan 10 sudu milo dan 3/4 tin kecil serbuk koko.

4. kacau sampai pekat. pasti kan api kecil untuk pastikan tidak hangus.


5. bila dah betul-betul pekat, masukkan biskut marrie yang di pecah menjadi kepingan kecil.

6. gaul semua dan masukkan ke dalam loyang kek yang telah di sapu margerin.


7. tekan kan adunan tadi dengan bekas lain yg sama saiz loyang tadi , lapikkan dengan plastik yg bersih. mampatkan adunan.

8. Dah sejuk sedikit baru masukkan ke dalam peti ais. Sedia di hidang selepas 2 jam.
